Welcome to the far north

Abongile Mpikwa will soon start as the new area sales and service manager of the FNB Namibia far north cluster.

Abongile will officially step into the position on 1 October and looks forward to continue working for the bank. He started his career in 2011 as an FNB collations clerk, before relocating to the Rundu branch as the ATM custodian.

He then served as an electronic consultant before he was introduced to the world of sales. In 2015 he was promoted as the lifestyle banking consultant, a position he held until his current appointment.

“As the Area Sales and Service Manager, I will be responsible for providing support to all the branches across the Far North Cluster in relation to sales and service,” Abongile says.

“The scope includes meeting and exceeding targets, while upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction through superior service. I believe that hard work pays off and look forward to serving my customers,” he said.
